Window World continues to expand and now has an opening for an experienced Store Manager.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities include:
Developing and growing Window World of GSV within its franchise market
Actively recruit new members to your team and take an active role in their success.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong interpersonalrelationship skills
Knowledge of construction/home improvement
Time management skills
Administrative background
Able to multi-task
Problem solver
Sales experience
Performance driven
Proven ability to manage and grow sales team. (In home sales a plus)!
Knowledge of and/or the ability to learn all Window World Products
A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
